Who can I find to scream and dance with me?

My neighbor’s window flickers TV blue green.

My mother is sleeping in a different time zone.

My wife is shopping for underwear at the mall.

My sisters will say, Uh huh…

My friends will wonder if he is too far ahead or behind their own children.

I punch the air in silent jubilation.

Tonight my son has read me Go, Dog. Go!

in its entirety.
